These terms govern your use of Syncronaut by Katorymnd Web Solutions. By installing, activating, or using Syncronaut you agree to these terms.
Licence
When you purchase Syncronaut Pro you receive a licence key. The licence is personal to you or your organization and grants the right to install and use Syncronaut on the number of devices specified at checkout. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing keys publicly is not allowed.
Ownership
Syncronaut is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with Katorymnd Web Solutions.
Activation and updates
You may need to enter a licence key to unlock features. We may publish updates that improve security or features. Updates are included for the product edition you purchased.
Refunds
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If Syncronaut does not meet your needs, write to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your reference and we will help you.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Pesapal. Mobile Money payments are processed by PawaPay. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Processors may run anti-fraud checks as needed by law or policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Syncronaut to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm systems. You are responsible for selecting correct backup and mirror settings for your environment.

Warranties and liability
Syncronaut is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. Katorymnd Web Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to Syncronaut will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke a licence if it is misused or obtained fraudulently. You may stop using Syncronaut at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Courts in Uganda have jurisdiction. Local consumer rights may still apply if mandatory in your country.
Changes
We may update these terms when we release new features or for legal reasons. If changes are material we will post a notice and update the date above.
