What we collect
Purchase and licensing name, phone, email, selected plan, payment references returned by our processors, and a licence key we generate.
Support emails you send and any logs you choose to attach.
Website standard server logs for security and reliability. We do not sell personal data.
How we use your data
To process payments and deliver licences, to provide updates and support, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations including accounting and tax.
Legal bases
Performance of a contract when you purchase, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, and compliance with legal duties. Where required we rely on consent for optional communications. You can opt out any time.
Payments and third parties
We use trusted processors to handle payments. For Mobile Money we use PawaPay. For cards we use Pesapal. These providers process your payment details on their systems and return non-card identifiers to us. See their policies for details.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate Syncronaut, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
International transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country. We apply reasonable safeguards and contractual terms with our providers.
Retention
Account and licence records are kept for the life of the licence and as required for tax and audit. Support emails and logs are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue unless you ask us to delete them where feasible.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you suspect an issue.
Your rights
Where your laws provide, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to certain processing. Write to [email protected].
Children
Syncronaut is for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above. For material changes we will provide a clearer notice.
