The associated account with your valid email address is meant to be “Account”.

The means of resolving disputes attributed by the client is referred to as “Dispute resolution”.

“Katorymnd”, “Freelancer”, “us”, “we” are meant to represent Katorymnd freelancer.

“Pay Milestone” – the release of payment made to the seller following the contract of service provision.

The project offered by the client to the buyer, to be completed is referred to as “Project”.

“Client” - a member /user who has offered a project to get done. A payer of the project to be completed.

Overview

You acknowledge and agree to our terms by the access of this website. Also, changes to our terms may be adopted without any consent to you (“user” or “visitor” or “client”).

Our website is a medium of exchange of services between the client and our professional services providers. And to accomplish any task or get your project done, you need to register and validate your account, post your project and have your work or project accomplished. We don’t contract any agreement between the client and there to be sellers (project finishers), but we at katorymnd only create connections between you the client, and the freelancer.

Updates will always be created without any consent from the users or visitors of the website. But we don’t confirm that our services will be error-free and always up to date. So we are not reliable for any inconveniences caused.

Usage

You will never use our website if you:

Are not 18 and above years of age;
Are not allowed or suspended from using our website and its services.
Have an invalid email or your account is not activated.

Any user information associated with the registration of a user should never be shared with any person that is not the owner of the account. Username and password should always be kept confidential. Individual user account owners will always be held responsible for any effect associated with their accounts.

Whether your account intent registration is for business or personal use, you understand and agree that your contract is with us on an individual basis and not a company or business basis. You also remain responsible, as a user or a member; of any activity, your account is associated with.

We, at Katorymd.Inc, may refuse or abort any account of any client at any time if that account is deemed cautionable. We may also decide to refuse any user or client registration, company, or entity registration.

You agree not to assign or transfer your account rights to any person without any written document before your chosen action.

Before attempting to register or create an account for the need of our services, please be advised not to do anything listed below:

Never disrespect any of our terms and conditions.
Never falsely post your project.
Never fail to make payment for your accepted project, or any services are done for you.
Using our website information for your own again or for any of your personal use is truly prohibited.
Never transfer your account information (registered account) to another third party without our knowledge.
Spam, pyramid schemes, virus, bulk electronic communications should never be transferred on or within our website. Unlawful abusive or threatening, also invasive content should never be transmitted on our website.
Never should any of our listed projects and any other website content be distributed or copied to any other website rather than our own.

Services and fees

While all our services are priced in United States Dollars, we understand the convenience of transacting in a local currency. Hence, we offer currency exchange to our esteemed guests or clients. Payment can be made in any currency, provided it is recognized and accepted by our payment providers.

In addition to traditional payment methods, we have extended our services to embrace modern financial solutions. We are proud to announce that we now accept payments via money transfers and cryptocurrencies. For our cryptocurrency transactions, clients can use relevant crypto wallets and facilitate their payments through several platforms. Always ensure that your selected payment method aligns with those supported by our platform.

Please note: Any modifications in our services or fees will be reflected promptly on our website to maintain transparency with our users.

Project payment

Katorymnd freelancer is not just another freelancer website; it's a community built on trust and professionalism. Registering and posting a project on our platform is entirely free. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to receive solutions and get work done without any initial costs.

However, once a project is accepted, we do expect a prompt payment to facilitate a smooth workflow. Clients are encouraged to settle their project dues as swiftly as possible. If a project remains unpaid for 7 days, its status will change to 'not paid', signaling our team not to proceed further. To ensure your projects are addressed promptly, please adhere to payment timelines. We emphasize that we cannot initiate work on projects that have outstanding payments.

Project Status Updates

To ensure clarity and openness in our processes, we've categorized project statuses as follows:

Open: Awaiting professional engagement.

Progress: Actively being worked on by our team.

Pending: Awaiting further action or input.

Hold: Temporarily paused, usually awaiting client feedback or additional information.

Deny: Unfortunately, not all projects can be accepted. If denied, we'll communicate the reasons promptly.

Completed: Finished to the satisfaction of both the client and our team.

Terms of Project Submission

1. Integrity: All projects submitted should be genuine and not infringe on any third party's rights.

2. Clarity: Clearly outline the scope of the project to facilitate accurate delivery.

3. Responsiveness: Clients are encouraged to be responsive to queries or requests for further information.

4. Confidentiality: Rest assured, all projects and associated data are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

5. Feedback: Constructive feedback is vital. It aids in refining processes and delivering better results in subsequent projects.

Goods and service delivery

Digital services and goods are mostly delivered instantly. Sometimes your order may be delayed as we conduct a manual anti-fraud check for about 7 business days. Please acknowledge the risks associated with downloading any digital goods or software. In case of any technical problems faced while downloading our goods or services, please contact us for assistance.

Returns and Refunds

Katorymnd freelancer process refunds and handle returns in regards to Ugandan Consumer Protection legislation.

Please send us a notice within 30 days of purchase for our services, should you wish to return your order. Provide a valid reason for your action. When a resolution of your complaint or assisting you fails, upon the receipt of your purchased goods, we will process a refund. The refund process will be served by the same payment method you made payment with. All payments are paid at the discretion of Katorymnd freelancer.

Disclaimer

Permitted by law, Katorymnd freelancer disclaims all warranties, implied or expressed, with, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness and liability for any particular services. Katorymnd freelancer guarantees not that the services rendered will be error-free or that defects will always be corrected. We absolutely give no warranties that our servers or website is a virus-free environment or other harmful components.

As we strive to keep our website information up to date, reliable, and accurate, we guarantee not or represent not any effect attained from the use of any document, links, services, or information on our website as correct, suitable or reliable, or otherwise.

You are solely responsible for bearing all the costs of repairs, servicing, or making corrections of any aspect, not Katorymnd freelancer. The governing law of your state or territory may not apprehend Katorymnd freelancer as responsible. Though not all of the above will apply to you, you must acknowledge the risks of using our services and website that you're solely responsible for any action you decide to use on our website.

Taxes

You will always be applicable for paying any tax or charges that are charged in your country of residence. These charges may be included in your final payment accordingly.

Our client is obligated to pay their taxes and fee charges applicable in their country for any transaction made.

Promotions

Please note that we may always use your project done and completed in our promotions as a reference to what we are capable of doing. The usage will be in form of advertisements or promotions.

Refusal of service

We reserve the right to refuse our services to you or restrict access to your account, which might include removing or deleting your account, under the following circumstances:

1. Underfunded Projects: If your posted project is under-funded and a renegotiation to improve on your availed funding fees fails.

2. Violation of Agreement: If you breach or violate our user agreement.

3. Illegal Activities: If it’s determined that you are involved in any illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. Account Verification: If you fail to respond to your account verification request, typically sent to your registered email account.

5. Account Inactivity: If you have failed to activate your account within the period of 2 months.

6. Unclear Project Scope: If freelancer Katorymnd determines that the project's description or requirements are ambiguous or unclear.

7. Skillset Mismatch: If Katorymnd freelancer feels lacking the necessary expertise or skills to complete the project to the client's satisfaction.

8. Unrealistic Deadlines: If the client sets timelines that are not feasible or would compromise the quality of the work.

9. Poor Communication: If there are continuous communication barriers or the client is unresponsive, leading to project delays.

10. Past Negative Experiences: If freelancer Katorymnd had previous unsatisfactory engagements with the client, including delayed payments or unprofessional behavior.

Clients are encouraged to maintain clear communication, provide detailed project descriptions, and ensure timely payments to foster a positive working relationship with freelancer Katorymnd.

Delete account.

You may close or delete your account in “Account”, provided your account is not active with any ongoing project in completion.

As your account is deleted, we may retain some information in response to our services to you.
