The project offered by the client to be completed by our team is referred to as “Project”.

“Client” - a member/user who has submitted a project to be completed. A payer for the services to be rendered.

We are the direct service provider for all projects submitted through our platform.

Project Payment

However, to ensure commitment and enable us to allocate resources effectively, full payment is required upfront upon project acceptance.

Once a project is accepted by our team, we require immediate payment in full before any work can commence. This upfront payment model ensures serious commitment from both parties and allows for immediate allocation of resources to your project, resulting in smooth workflow and timely delivery of your completed project.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of project acceptance, the project status will change to 'not paid', and our team will not begin work until full payment is confirmed. We cannot initiate any work on projects without receiving the agreed-upon payment first.

For larger projects, we may offer phased payment options where initial payment is required to begin the first phase, with subsequent payments due before advancing to next phases. This will be clearly communicated during project acceptance.

Project Status Updates

To ensure clarity and transparency in our processes, we've categorized project statuses as follows:

Open: Project submitted and awaiting review by our team;

Progress: Project actively being worked on by our team;

Pending: Awaiting further action or client input;

Hold: Temporarily paused, usually awaiting client feedback or additional information;

Deny: Project cannot be accepted (reasons will be communicated promptly);

Completed: Finished to the satisfaction of both the client and our team.

Terms of Project Submission

1. Integrity: All projects submitted should be genuine and not infringe on any third party's rights;

2. Clarity: Clearly outline the project scope to facilitate accurate delivery;

3. Responsiveness: Clients are encouraged to be responsive to queries or requests for further information;

4. Confidentiality: All projects and associated data are treated with utmost confidentiality;

5. Feedback: Constructive feedback is vital for continuous improvement.

Goods and Service Delivery

5. Account Inactivity: If you fail to activate your account within 2 months;

6. Unclear Project Scope: If our team determines project requirements are ambiguous;

7. Skillset Mismatch: If we lack the necessary expertise to complete the project satisfactorily;

8. Unrealistic Deadlines: If project timelines are not feasible;

9. Poor Communication: If continuous communication barriers cause project delays;

10. Past Negative Experiences: If there were previous unsatisfactory engagements.

Clients are encouraged to maintain clear communication, provide detailed project descriptions, and ensure timely payments to foster a positive working relationship with our team.

Account Deletion

You may close or delete your account through your account settings, provided no ongoing projects are active or in completion.
